My arrival was seamless and parking was easy. The staff member greeted me with a warm welcome and showed genuine willingness to help. My room was super clean and well-organized, I found everything I needed. Waking up to the Very nice views of the river was the BEST!!!
The lift was unavailable. I had to carry my luggage up a couple of floors, a bit inconvenient.

The location by the river was amazing and provided beautiful scenery. Staff members were helpful. Parking was readily available, which eased my arrival. The nearby Aqueduct and Horseshoe Falls are definitely worth a visit..
